Who is Lisa Gawlas?
My name is Lisa Gawlas (It was Parkhurst until I got married and didn’t want the hassle of changing it back after my divorce.) I am 49 years young with three children aged 28, 27 and 21 and a grandson that turned one Feb 2011.. I was born and raised in the valley of the Pocono Mountains – Wilkes-Barre PA and currently live in Albuquerque, NM.

I wish I was that talented!! No I google phrases that relate to my topic and choose from the abundance of images that show up. If there are any images that ties itself back to its artist, I always make the image clickable to them. Rarely is that a find tho…

This gives me great hope! I’m moving my business and myself (with two dogs) from NY to PA in July – in the middle of nowhere – south of the Poconos and north of Allentown. Leaving all my spiritual and awakened people in NY is difficult, but am hoping to find like-minded people nearby. If any lightworkers nearby can reach out, it would be wonderful to connect in person as well as by blog – mostly in person if there are groups of people who are like-minded near Lehighton, PA.

For these dense area’s, I really do feel it is going to take a concentrated village to keep it clear until the new has a strong foothold. Are you coming from the city of upstate NY? There is one thing I am sure of, PA needs you and your doggies too!! You obviously got your training in the thickness of NY and come here to offer your skills and connections with others who need you too. There really is power in numbers!!

Hi Lisa!
A friend sent me a link to your site. It is very inspiring, to say the least. On Sept 6th I was given the ability to heal others through the energies flowing through my hands! They can actually be felt by others. I would like to know more about these energies. The idea of helping others is a dream of mine. Dear Lisa, when I am finished writing this, I will be still and send you healing energy, you need it❤️ My sister and I took care of our mother this summer until she died on August 14. I am hopeful that you will get another person at least to share the burden, and even done in love it is a burden to be witness and caregiver. My mother died from cancer in her liver, though the physical pain was not terrible, the emotional pain was nearly unbearable. Let me share what helped me to be comfort to our mom. Mom was never alone, she asked that of us when she understood she was dying. For seven weeks we were in one room, she did not want tv or music, it was stifling hot in an upstairs bedroom. Fortunately the view was pleasant overlooking an apple orchard, where I watched the changing colors. My attention was super focused on moms comfort, and prayer. Mom had been very active in her community so cards poured in, though she did not want to look at the cards, I would read them out loud and I think it made a difference knowing
She had friends and family who loved her and were thinking of her. Mom was depressed, angry and her spirit was broken, I do not think she ever felt peace during this time. I smiled to see you say your mother has still a sense of humor😘 It is critical that you find ways to take care of yourself in order to take care of yourself. Drink water, eat healthy, sleep when you can and say yes if someone offers you a break, even 20 minutes can make a huge difference in your attitude. I had moments of thinkingI cannot do this, quickly I knew that I could and I would. I was lucky in that My husband came and stayed over every Saturday and would take me out for lunch, that hour was huge mental relief, our sons took turns coming every couple Of days, I would leave them alone and sit outside . I live out of state from my sister, where we were taking care of mom. My attention would not tolerate news or frivolous reading but a book I’d been lead to was what I read when I read, The way of Madtery, The way of the Heart is channeled from Jesus, this book kept me centered and in a loving clear place.
I know this is long, I hope that something may be helpful to you, I pray that your moms passing is peaceful and that you get some
